It strikes me as strange that Smart Bitches, Trashy Books should choose to talk about the Marvel Cinematic Universe from a romance fan's perspective yesterday when they can't include anything at all about Age of Ultron but could have if they waited a few days longer. I very much suspect that there are things in Age of Ultron that they'd have something to say about. I mean, they didn't even mention the existence of Age of Ultron.

My guess is that they want the promised MCU heroines post to lead into that, but obviously I don't know for sure.

Perhaps it was an old article they'd had on the back burner for a while and they didn't want to waste it? :S

Maybe, but why not wait and edit it to take the new movie into account? Or post it a couple of weeks ago?

Of course, I'm hip deep in Age of Ultron stuff for metanews, so it's much on my mind.

I would have thought, at the very least, they'd want to put a note at the end requesting folks outside the US who've seen the movie already to not post spoilers.
