Just FYI, if you have a (free) FedEx account and create your shipping form using said account, shipping is about a third the price it is if you go to the FedEx store and fill out the form there. Honestly, it's worth it.
And I don't think there's a charge for pickup if you do that. It's one of the options you check (pick up vs. drop off) on the form, and the price doesn't seem to change. There is an additional charge ($10, I think) to drop off at a house vs. a business, for some reason.
