We've been trying to find things that provoke mild anxiety in Cordelia, but she won't admit to any. I would love to have her prove to herself that she can face what she's worried about and triumph. We need some small steps for her.

I am going to try again to get her to try a night without her iPad. That's something we can work on at home, any night. She was supposed to try last Thursday, but she couldn't face it.

This is why we're working with the social worker. We're hoping she'll have some techniques to teach Cordelia.
