metanews is looking for sources for meta about various fandom topics. We follow a bunch of blogs and DW journals. We search AO3 and Tumblr (though we barely scratch the surface on Tumblr. It's very hard to find things there). What we lack, however, is any real sources for meta on anime/manga fandoms. We get so little that we use a generic tag for anime and manga rather than using the name of the specific fandom because specific fandoms don't ever come up again. Even a juggernaut like Naruto has only come up twice. Anyone know of any good sources for fannish meta about anime/manga fandoms?
