When you said, "most of the adults (and none of the kids) played miniature golf" -- for some reason it made me laugh. :)

Last week when I returned two library books that were marked as "believed returned" (or whatever they call it), they didn't charge me anything. So maybe they will do that for you too? I don't know -- I find their policies a little inscrutable.
