I think you will be amused-- I clicked on a link on the catalog record for a Victoria Holt book from 1980, and this is what popped up:

"Demonstrates how a cognitive perspective on the way in which individuals with autism think and learn may be applied to particular curriculum areas. The text sets out principles of pedagogy and illustrates their application."

Somehow, I think that got attached to the wrong book in the database.

I got a laugh out of it, but I still have no idea at all what the book's actually about.
