I've read enough spoilers to know the general shape of the rest of Captain Vorpatril's Alliance. I'm just not sure I can get through it.

I want to read The Islands of Chaldea, but I also want to have it still ahead of me. I didn't find DWJ until I was in high school, but ever since then, I've bought everything of hers that came my way. I really regret that I've not been able to persuade my daughter to try her books.
