Fortunately, my prescription coverage is pretty good. It's a three tier plan, but the highest co-pay is $24 a month. At least for this year. Tier one consists entirely of generics. Tier two includes a few dozen medications. Everything else is tier three (at least as far as I can tell. I think they don't cover infertility treatments). As far as I can tell, there is no use for which Lyrica is a tier two drug.
