I'm at a loss to figure out vegetables for Cordelia's weekly, going to see the social worker lunches. Tomatoes definitely don't work, and she's been iffy on peppers. I've been trying cucumbers, but it's been about 50-50 whether or not she likes them. She says that some of them just taste bad, and all I can do then is throw the dratted thing out. I guess I'll have to go with carrots. She doesn't always like those, but at least I can eat them if she doesn't.

Forgive me if I list things you've tried. These are things I like:
broccoli florets (cooked or raw)
cauliflower florets (cooked or raw)
watercress
radishes (I adore these)
olives (some children like olives)
baby sweet corn
sugar snap peas
green beans (cooked or raw)
