Our regular heating/cooling company is sending someone over today. Scott says the weather is supposed to continue relatively cool through at least the weekend, so that's something. I have no idea how long, after we say we want a new air conditioner, it will be before they can install one. I assume they have to order it, and then we have to schedule a time for them to install it. I don't remember waiting very long for our furnace replacement, however, so I don't know.
Cordelia is apparently raiding my stash of chocolate. A bag usually lasts me a week, but the current bag is almost entirely empty even though there are still three days to go. Scott thinks I should come down hard on her for not asking and that we shouldn't be letting her put extra calories in when she's not exercising. I don't feel comfortable on that last-- After all, I haven't been exercising since some time in March. Glass houses and all that.
