I'm a little concerned-- I showered around noon today (yes, I was late getting my act together), and I'd spent the morning without my ankle brace. When I got out of the shower, I noticed that the areas that are normally compressed by the brace were red and very distinct. It had been thirteen hours since I last wore the brace, so I'd expected my foot and ankle to be recovered from the compression. I guess not.
