I guess the headache really and truly was anxiety. The Ativan seems to have made it go away almost entirely. I ended up eating oatmeal and applesauce for lunch as I thought they'd be easier on my stomach. I'd have loved some protein, but I think I should be fine. None of my protein options were really good with an upset stomach.

I get some headaches from lack of sleep. This was much worse when I took oral contraceptives. When I was on the pill, getting even a little less than eight hours of solid sleep meant a headache that no medication would touch.
I get some headaches with sinus trouble or from eating certain foods (mainly eggs).
And then there are the anxiety/stress headaches that are always provoked by specific things going on in my life. In the case of Wednesday's headache, anxiety is pretty clearly the cause.
I also generally only get 2-3 headaches a month.
