I didn't find the heating pad, but Scott did. Basically, it was up where I couldn't see it even when I was standing on a step-stool. It was in a box which was fortunate because the box had dust a couple of millimeters thick.

Using the heating pad helps my pain, but the pain comes back full force and immediately as soon as I remove the pad. Given that it's about 80F in here, holding the dratted thing to my torso isn't loads of fun.

I have not noticed that the Tylenol is helping in any way, unfortunately.

Ugh. :( hope the Tylenol starts to work ASAP.

Well, I'm not sure it has yet, so I think I'll be calling the nurses again tomorrow. I've given the combination of naproxen and Tylenol twenty four hours at this point, and that was as long as the nurse said to wait.
