I got almost two hours into Jodhaa Akbar, but that still didn't get me past the first DVD. I expect I will get it again. It was pretty, and I quite liked the two main characters.
My husband tells me that I have to treat P&P&Z like a crackfic and not worry about all the things that don't make sense. I don't know. A book/movie length crackfic needs more actual scaffolding than a drabble does because at length such things start to collapse under their own weight. The joke gets stale.
