The only foods I regard as miraculous for arthritis are these three: garlic, ginger and turmeric.

In the winter I grate either ginger or turmeric into a cup and add boiling water to make a tea. Being from Britain our winters are quite damp, so they're terrible for arthritis, but for the past few years when I've drank this tea my own arthritis has been much better than it used to me. Especially the swelling around my joints.
