But...but...the recommended diet is to eliminate and then restore and see what works. Some things are apparently supposed to be universally problematic, but in spite of that several of them are No Big Deal for me in moderate amounts. It shouldn't be a surprise that some things that are problems for some people aren't for you? I'm just glad there are some exceptions because otherwise your diet would be still more limited, and that would really stink for you. :/
