Tuesday was pretty calm. I had a physical therapy appointment in the morning and was able to tell Andy truthfully that I'm doing better. I've gotten up to about 15 minutes at a time on the treadmill. I'll see him again next Tuesday, and then we'll probably go back to once month, at least until the next time I injure myself.

I wanted to run some errands after my appointment but didn't manage any of them. One, mailing a Mother's Day present to my mother, required that I find a small box. I'd hoped to find one at a store near my appointment, but all they had was envelopes (I bought one of those to mail a scarf to my brother). I did buy a file card box because it was about the right size. If worst comes to worst, I can wrap it in brown paper. I suspect that the post office won't like it much, however, because it's irregularly shaped. I figure I can use it for LARP stuff if I don't use it for shipping.

I also wanted to look into getting new frames for my glasses (the lens don't need to be replaced). The place I usually go has moved and changed name. I went by the new location and realized that I'd have to keep myself occupied for an hour and a half in order to go in. It was cold out, and I was tired, so I didn't bother. I'll be around there next week at a better time of day and can do it then.

Scott called me about 2:30 to let me know that he wouldn't be able to get home in time to take my to my psychotherapy appointment. I tried to reach LunarGeography to request a ride but got her answering machine (from what I gather from the sort of coherent message she left on my machine while I was out she was down with another migraine. I wish I could help). I ended up taking the bus out there. Fortunately, things had warmed up a bit since morning.

I ran my notion about the eyesight-anxiety connection by my therapist, and she thought it was worth looking into. Her support on the subject may go a long way toward convincing my doctor to send me to a neurologist on it. Here's hoping…
