Mar. 12th, 2015 07:39 amI woke up around 4:30 with the beginnings of a headache. By the time I actually got up at 7:00, it was full blown. I've taken Amerge, and that seems to be helping. I'll take naproxen when I have breakfast in another ten minutes. With luck, those two meds will let me get through the day. I have three hours in the school library ahead. Then I have to tidy up for the cleaning lady to come and deal with her when she arrives.
Cordelia has started watching Agents of SHIELD streaming from Netflix. She's really enjoying it. I'm not sure what we'll do when she hits the end of season one. I'm not sure if the episodes from the first half of season two are still available on demand, but I suppose it's worth looking.
I'm still struggling with writing. Part of the problem is that I don't have any solid plans for what needs to happen in this next chapter. I'm hoping to write and find out what happens. I wish I had a way to put a time limit on my solitaire game-- ten minutes would be good. That's enough time to get my thoughts in order without being so much time as to devour my efforts to write.
Cordelia has two school projects due next week, one for math and one for science. I'm not sure exactly what's involved in either, but she asked Scott to buy her some poster board. The teacher emailed us to say that there will be some work on both projects that needs to be done at home. Hopefully, Cordelia didn't need to take the poster board to school today because it's still in the back of the car which is with Scott at work.
