Oct. 15th, 2018 10:19 amWe managed both the shopping and the library yesterday. That completely exhausted Scott because he insisted on coming into the store. He stayed in the car for the library part of things. Cordelia drove.
It was kind of nice having all of us looking at groceries. Cordelia was impatient to be done, but I don't get to the store that often, so I wanted to look at some of the options on the shelves.
Scott's mother told him that she's scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the cancer center. I have no idea whether that's solid appointment time or procedures or what's involved. Scott told her that they're welcome here if they have any breaks (Scott won't be here, of course, but I will).
Scott's still pretty sick. He's gone to work because he really needs to be there every day during cider season. I'm not sure he'll make it to the Music and a Meal thing tonight, and given the ongoing cough, I'm not sure that he should go even if he has the energy. He'll still need to come and get me and Cordelia after, though.
I have signed up for Yuletide. I still need to post and link my letter, and I'm probably going to change my offers. There are a number of 5 minute fandoms that I might offer, and I'm looking at the requests summary to see what people have actually requested. There are a couple of things I was hoping to see requested that aren't listed. I'll offer them anyway, but I won't hold my breath.
