I'm already packing an applesauce pouch for her, so we have fruit. I'm trying to fill out a meal as well as I can.
I have a piece of string cheese, an applesauce pouch, some vegetable or another, and a cereal bar. It's not the healthiest lunch, but it should get her through to four o'clock when she can get a snack at home.
Pickles might be worth a try. They're probably more consistent in flavor, and she likes them (or at least she used to). She doesn't like raw broccoli and won't touch cauliflower, cooked or raw. I think she likes sugar snap peas, but they tend to be dreadfully expensive. I don't think we can buy them every week.

Thanks for suggesting pickles!
