Yeah, and I know I'm pretty laissez-faire. Pinworms are everywhere, all kids get them pretty frequently, and if you somehow managed to completely sterilise your environment they'd still be exposed wherever else they go. As far as I can tell it's mostly a matter of just keeping the load down to a dull roar with occasional eradication.
