I think I need to start taking an Ativan right when I get up. I've been putting it off every day until I start to feel rotten physically. I think I just have to accept that I'm going to need it every day until I get the biopsy results. Well, I may try a day without it after the biopsy actually happens. The sooner I'm off it, the better, as dependency is a real risk. It's just that this is a genuinely extra stressful time-- I mean, breast lump biopsy three or so weeks after my younger sister had a double masectomy? Yeah. Especially with the speed with which they're getting me in for the biopsy. Not that waiting longer would be better.
