I called the surgical nurses around 11:45. The woman I talked to said she'd pass the information on to my surgeon's office. The nurse there didn't get back to me until almost 5:00. Her suggestion is to keep taking the naproxen and to start taking Tylenol on top of it. She also suggested a heating pad, so I have to dig in the cupboard in the bathroom to see if we still have one. I have a tiny rice pack, but I don't think I want to try to deal with that if I can find a regular heating pad.
She gave me a phone number for a place she thought could sell me a front closure sports bra (which she thinks would help considerably) or at least point me toward where I could get one. That didn't go anywhere. The place says that they don't carry front closure sports bras in any size. I had to have my questions relayed to the people who deal with bras by someone who was utterly clueless but who was apparently not allowed to forward me to someone who would know what to do. This person seemed to think that I might need a prescription before the bra specialist could answer any questions.
