Random thought, could you (or someone that you know) cut a nightgown into more of a nightie that would fit under your shirt completely? Or maybe some sort of a camisole/Cuddle Duds sort of thing?
I know that it's not easy to find clothes right now, but it just occurred to me that if you had a nightgown that fit that you could kind of make a camisole out of that.
