Looking up camisoles on Amazon leads me to think that finding something that would work would be difficult because I need coverage nearly to my collarbone and quite high under the arm. Something with actual sleeves is probably necessary. Possibly a very, very thin t-shirt might work.
Hm. Looking at men's undershirts... I have no idea what size I'd need, and something big enough to handle my breasts might be too big/likely to bunch up to go under the pad and bra.
Cuddle Duds only seem to go up to XL (and are very expensive at that size). I might be able to wear an XL, but I also might not (and not, for something tight, is the way to bet).
I'll have to ask my MIL about cutting down a nightgown. They're tricot which is pretty hard to work with from what I understand. I don't think Scott could do it even if he had the time to try, and I don't know how to use a sewing machine.
Anything thicker than tricot would be too thick to work. With tricot, even if it bunches up under the pad, it's not painful.
