I agree: It makes more sense to cool the house down to a temperature that is comfortable for you, and then have the cold people bundle up -- since you can't really individually cool yourself down in a warm house the way a person who is cold can put on more clothes to be warmer in a cold house. And I say this as a person who is always one of the people who are cold. Though there *is* a point when the house is just so very cold that bundling up doesn't help -- like when my fingers start to crack from the cold, or the toilet seat is shockingly cold. But probably those are only wintertime problems.
