The idea that this is going to the word sue at all boggles my mind as a brit. Though I do understand addressing it to her given she was the injured party. That happens here in the UK as well but kids grow up knowing what to hand over to mum even if it is addressed to them. Being diabetic I felt so much better that the letters were to me given I was the one with the disease I must say. Letting C see it might give her a sense of pride and desire to go to pt ect which has been a struggle?
