Yeah, offering to beta for so many fandoms seems like a lot. I wonder if you could filter based on the relative popularity of the fandom (based on fanfiction.com fic counts or something - not a completely accurate indicator, but relatively easy to use)
Yay for trying new foods! I throw out food if no one wants to eat it - life is too short for those calorie hits.
