They're kind of completists. They've got three or four different series going, and what they watch depends on which girls can attend. They started with Star Wars last spring because two of the girls had never seen any of the movies. I'm not sure they've gotten through those entirely yet because one of those girls often can't come. They've been going through the MCU, too. One girl tried to sell the others on the X-Men movies, but I don't think most of them care to go on.
I also haven't read Emma. I'm not sure if I'm willing to give that another try, though, and I doubt an audiobook would be better for that one.
