I'm most concerned about beef cross-contamination which shouldn't be a problem at Seva, and a list of ingredients should let me steer away from obvious problems. It might also give me leads on spices that are or aren't a problem. (In fact, the last time I was there, I had their hummos and had trouble. I should find out what's in it.)
We've tended to avoid Seva because, for a long time, there was nothing safe for Delia to eat.
