'Cause I don't know more than maybe six canons with the level of detail and interest that would make it plausible for me to write anything decent?
I think I offered seven this year. That's a record for me.
My thinking is that if I've never had a vague plot bunny for the fandom, I probably don't have the magic to write the story. But, I also don't often enjoy playing in others' universes, so there has to be a really strong pull for me to develop the bunny. Really strong.
