I do. I think that I'll need three of those to count as one book for this purpose. Finishing a novel feels like more of an accomplishment than finishing a volume of manga.
If I had more space, I'd separate the graphic novels and manga and make a separate goal for them. Getting them read will free up space faster than working on the novels.
