We have freezer space. We just lack containers in which to freeze stuff (my mother keeps throwing them away when she visits. If they're not currently full, she views them as clutter).
I'd welcome recipe suggestions. We need to avoid beef, tree nuts, peanuts, peppers and tomatoes completely and to limit eggs. There are also some spices that we avoid, but those can be easier to work around in recipes.
