Oh gads, I hope you don't have the same bug that I have. Mine's at 2 1/2 weeks now, and only now finally starting to decrease in intensity. I've discovered that violent coughing when one is 8+ months pregnant is a really awful combination. Some of my e-mail friends from various states all over the country (and one person in Australia!) have been posting about the same symptoms as me at the same time, so I am blaming global travel for the worldwide transmission of this particular bug. For a while I was thinking that it would be nice to be a hermit and never be exposed to these globe-trotting germs and so never get sick, but then I decided that I'd miss spending time with people too much, so hermithood would never work for me. Sigh.
