They do offer chicken as a topping. I have had very good luck with special orders though I don't have quite the special orders you do (but if I ask them to leave something off a sandwich, say, they do). But I have been very happy with the online ordering because I don't have to call, be on hold, worry about what kind of coupon they might have, and generally listen to elevator music. Plus, if you care, there's a neat "watch your pizza" bar graph that tells you who is preparing your pizza and when it's done, and when it's in the car. Griffin especially likes to watch it turn red.
