Last Tuesday, I finally admitted to myself that I wasn't going to manage to call the long term disability office, so I looked up the woman I needed to talk to in the university's online directory and e-mailed her. She responded promptly. It appears that all I ever needed to do to get those insurance payments reimbursed was to ask. The check arrived on Wednesday. Such promptness is startling, particularly given the amount of money involved (about $6,000). I was certainly stunned.V

I'm very happy about it. We needed the money, and now we have it.

Now I just have to try to get the GenCon housing problems straightened out...o
