the_rckI ended up lying down around 3:00 yesterday and not getting up until almost 7:00. I only slept a little because there was a lot going on in the house and because, shortly after I did fall asleep, Cordelia came in to tell me that I ought to get up.
All three of us watched Legends of Tomorrow. Then Scott and I watched the Green Lantern movie (we’d gotten if from the library). My main complaint about the Green Lantern movie was that the lead character kind of bored me. I would like a superhero who doesn’t start the story making me want to smack him with a dead fish.
My dental appointment yesterday was pretty quick. All we did was impressions of my teeth, upper and lower. I remember the process being more unpleasant, but I last had it done about twenty five years ago, so things have likely changed.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
evalerie gave me a ride there and back which was really nice. Seeing someone who isn’t Scott or Cordelia is a huge treat even without the bonus of transportation.
I woke today with a headache, migrainish. An Amerge and some caffeine helped. I’m pretty sure, though, that I’ll have to spend a chunk of the afternoon in bed. I hate to lose the time to that, but I’m not going to get much done with a headache. I just have to get through this eye exam and feed myself lunch.
Cordelia’s hosting movie night again, so the evening will be filled with shrieks and giggles. Scott’s parents are coming over tomorrow morning, so we’ll be up earlyish. Scott’s mother and sister want to do stuff with Cordelia for a considerable chunk of the day. I have no idea how Scott and I will keep his father entertained.
