the_rckCordelia's best friend came over yesterday morning. Scott took them out shopping for a little while when he got back after getting the phones repaired. At 1:00, he dropped them off at another friend's house for a sort of Halloween party thing (with about seven kids).
Scott did the grocery shopping after he dropped the kids off. We made our library run shortly after the groceries were all safely stowed and got home just in time for Scott to go and get Cordelia. Scott let me babble at him about my UCon game later while Cordelia was in the shower. I think it helped me. He gets frustrated by my needing to do this, but I think so much better about characters and stories when I can talk to someone else about them, even if I'm doing most of the talking.
I need to run two loads of laundry today. I want to bake some sweet potatoes. I still need to fill out insurance forms, to make some phone calls, and send some emails. I've got ten minutes before I can start with a phone call, so I think I'll spend that time making a detailed checklist. Otherwise, I'm sure to forget something important.
Beyond that, I've got UCon characters to write and those three Weiss Kreuz WIP to finish.
