Jan. 25th, 2018 08:37 amApart from the whole getting dressed part of things and writing a check to leave for the cleaning lady, I'm ready to go for my afternoon appointment. I've got four hours before I need to leave, so I'm thinking I'll turn off the light and see if I can nap. Even if I can't, the rest might help some.
Scott has offered to do the parent-teacher conferences solo tonight, and that may end up being what happens. I want to go, but I'm not sure I'll be able to deal with that many people and that much time on my feet, especially given the disruption to my meal schedule.
I normally eat dinner between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. and can't eat anything between 6:00 and 8:30. The 8:30 part can end up pushed later if I don't take my levothyroxine at 8:00. After 8:30, I can have dry bread or vanilla ice cream without setting off digestive problems. I generally don't have either, but I could.
I've been making a list of things I have to be sure to mention at the appointment today. It's kind of a long list, and I might need to spend some time making it not quite so skeletal so that I'm less likely to forget why each item's on the list.
