Scott got me to parent-teacher conferences and went with me to talk to the social studies teacher. He had to leave after that, though, because he had a physical therapy appointment. For the other three teachers, two had no lines at all. The third had two people in front of me. (The fifth teacher, the choir teacher, was hosting some sort of multi-school event in the auditorium.)

I took a plastic folding chair and mostly used it after I'd talked to the teachers because there wasn't any good place to sit. I couldn't figure out how to get the dratted thing to fold up again, so I ended up carrying it while it was open. Scott had to smack the seat sharply to get it to fold up to go into the trunk of the car when he picked me up.

I found out that Cordelia's 'absence' for the PSAT retake had been marked as unexcused by at least one teacher, and I asked her guidance counselor to make sure that got fixed.

I did a very little bit of writing yesterday which was nice given that I didn't write on Wednesday. I'm hoping that the weekend will be more productive. I finish the antibiotics this evening, and that might give me more energy as my body settles down. I think I might actually nap after this morning's dose.

I'm glad that you were able to go! I'm going to try to get some writing done at lunch today. I think today is likely to be slow, so that might be an option.
