We still don't know what's going on with Scott's sister. She's still at St. Joe's and has had to have blood transfusions. The CT-scan didn't show anything, but her hemoglobin was dropping steadily. Our SIL, the doctor in Seattle, asked about the possibility of West Nile. So far as I know, that hasn't been ruled out, but I don't know that we'd have heard.

I'm not looped in on the informational emails and texts, and Scott keeps assuming that I am, so I have to keep asking him if there's any news.

We haven't gone over there because our BIL is overwhelmed and not wanting more people. His sister is there. I'm assuming that, at this point, both their kids are there because whatever is going on is clearly very, very serious.

I really hope we don't lose her.
