Scott's sister is in surgery. They're now sure she's bleeding in the small intestine somewhere. They just can't scope that less invasively to know what's going on. Things have been happening too rapidly to do anything that takes very long. As of twelve hours ago, she'd already needed four units of blood.

They admitted her last night about 1 a.m. We don't know how long the surgery will take because it depends on what they find and how difficult it is to deal with.
