the_rckTwo of our four usual guests for Wednesday gaming were sick yesterday, so the remain four of us played the boardgame I'm going to run at UCon. I need to go over the rules several times between now and then so that I have them memorized and ready to go without constantly needing to refer to the sheet. The rules aren't particularly complicated or long; I just don't have them down that well yet.
If my hands were amenable, I'd copy them over, longhand, because that sets things in my head, but I can't do that any more, and typing doesn't make the same lasting connections for me.
I slept badly last night, rousing several times due to physical discomfort. It's raining now, so I'm going to take a Halcion and see if I can nap. Going to Kroger for a flu shot can wait until it's not raining. Maybe I'll not be awakened by constant spam phone calls. I can hope anyway.
