the_rckI've posted the Weiss Kreuz Reverse Fest story, so that's off my plate. hopeofdawn did a lot of work to make the story worth reading. She has writing skills that I lack and filled in where I couldn't make things work.
I had to come up with new prompts for Not Prime Time. My original requests went to the pinch hit list about a week ago, and nobody had stepped forward to take on the pinch hit. My guess is that none of the pinch hitters knew the fandoms. At any rate, I asked the mods if it would help if I came up with new requests in more widely known fandoms. They said yes, so I did. I asked for Narnia, Vorkosigan, Labyrinth or Doctor Who (1963). Somebody on the pinch hitters list is likely to know one or more of those fandoms. I regret missing out on my original requests, but I'm pretty easy to please and do like the new fandoms.
I've started narrowing down my Narnia Fic Exchange idea. I'm going to spend today poking at a couple of the books to see where a good story can fit in. With luck, I'll have that settled by the end of the weekend so that I can start writing while Cordelia's at camp next week.
