Scott's only working Sunday this weekend. That's better than what they were saying at the start of the week. Then, they were predicting work all three days.

Today, Scott went to the farmer's market. We went to the library and picked up holds (of course, it looks like I have two that will come in tomorrow. That means I'll have to go in mid-week because they'll only keep those until next Saturday while we tend to go in on Sunday). Right now, I'm at Scott's parents' house while they and Scott and Cordelia are out in their boat. I believe Cordelia will be tubing. We had to bring food for me for dinner because what Scott's mother was planning wasn't anything I can eat.

I'm going to use this time to make a decent start on my Fic Corner story. Today and Monday, I should have several hours in which to work. I just have to keep the solitaire game off.

I think the library changed their policy and keeps holds on the shelf for a week now. :)

I can't find their hold policy anywhere on their website, but they've always kept holds for six days. This week is an exception because the library's closed today. Holds that include today will go for seven days.

Whether it's six days or seven, I still have to make a special trip to the library. We normally go in on Sunday, and the hold will expire on Saturday.
