The fudge I made yesterday is refusing to set. I think I overcooked it. It's closer in texture to caramel than it is to fudge, and it's sticking to everything. I had an awful time getting the tinfoil off of it, and cutting it up didn't work. As soon as the knife has gone through, the stuff sticks together again. It tastes good, and I like caramel. I just wish that it were possible to cut it up and store it. On the plus side, it seems unlikely to dry out the way that normal fudge does.
