the_rckAnd the Aetna RX call center is apparently in a bad weather zone. They have long, long delays and are asking anybody who doesn't have an emergency to wait a day or three. My case isn't an emergency, so I guess I'll wait. It's just annoying to have psyched myself up to make the call only to have the rug pulled out from under me.
A-Ride is all booked up at the time when I wanted to schedule pick up. That means I could go either fifteen minutes later or fifteen minutes earlier. I picked earlier because they often end up running very late when they're booked up. I somehow doubt they'd pick us up on time if I went for 2:15.
