One packet of stevia is definitely too much for a sixteen ounce mug of tea. The flavor of it overwhelmed the flavor of the peach blossom oolong when I tried them together yesterday. I'll try half a packet next time. I think that's a more sensible amount even if it is inconvenient. I might even end up using less than that if I can meter the dose well enough and figure out how to store the opened partial packet.

that's where liquid stevia comes in as an advantage, literally one tiny drop does the job.

partial stevia packet: I just fold the opened top of the packet over and leave it on the counter where I will see it next time I make tea. (I'm sure there is something terrible about leaving it out like this. :-) ) I suppose one could put a small clip on the opened packet. (

What size are these packets? "Stevia in the Raw" and Whole Foods' house brand come in 1 g packets, but another brand sold by Meijer came in 2 g packets. I find 1 g packets more managable.

"365" is indeed Whole Foods' house brand, so the packets are almost certainly 1 g.

If one put a small clip on the partially-opened packet and then put it back in the box, then the clip should help the open packet "float" on the top of the box, and a hand in the box should find the clip pretty quick. I think? Just a suggestion....`
