iTunes frustrates me. Today, I put in a CD, and iTunes opened as it should. Unfortunately, it decided to start playing without prompting. It started with the first song in the list which happens to be one I've unchecked so that it should never play at all. This is new behavior, but I haven't updated iTunes recently. Looking at preferences, I can't figure out how to disable this so that it doesn't happen again. I wouldn't mind nearly so much if it were skipping the unchecked songs and if it weren't impossible to shut down the playing until I've clicked on a couple of different windows (saying that no, I don't want to import the CD and saying that no, I don't want to log in to my iTunes account).

Just to be clear, it didn't start playing the CD automatically. It started playing from my main music folder.
