the_rckNot that I can post this until the problem's over... I just need to vent about it somehow.
There's something screwy going on with our internet-- I can get Google but can't search, and I can't get DreamWidth, LiveJournal or Rec & Ed. I haven't tried anything else, but it seems really weird that all of those sites should go down at the same time. Basically, I seem to be able to load simple stuff but nothing that takes a lot of bandwidth. I've received three e-mails, and I can check stuff off on HabitRPG, but iTunes can't access information about CDs.
I suspect that there's something wrong with our airport hub. I power cycled it when this started, and it went dead for about fifteen minutes and stayed that way no matter what I did. When it finally came back, it had an amber light instead of a green light. I hesitate to fiddle with it further for fear of killing it completely again.
Half an hour later and the problem has resolved. I have no idea what happened. I don't know if it was us or if it was Earthlink or if it was something else entirely.

I think only the party owner can add people to the party, but I can ask her to add you - I just need a number from you but I don't remember how to get it. I'll have to ask Janice. It might be a while since she has gone to a con.
